Centralizing the BI Process

A publicly traded Financial Services client had various departmental initiatives operating in isolation on various BI platforms with no central management. A local State Agency acts as the internal education department for all state-wide agencies for all types of education. Xenon manages the training room equipment and provides an interactive, hands-on educational experience for the students using white board presentations, slides, Business Objects manuals and interactive workshops that simulate real-life reporting scenarios. In cooperative marketing efforts with this agency, we have developed best practices standards, policies and procedures to share with various other state agencies on report creation, development and long term management. Enabling More Control, Plus Savings

A Health Care Provider was purchasing software from Business Objects and from various authorized resellers including Xenon Consulting. With changes in management on their side and the growth/merger of Business Objects with Crystal, some of their purchase records were lost. During their maintenance renewal process they were attempting to reconcile their products licensed, number of users and renewal time frame with no success.
